Episode 54 – “Memphis Libraries Comic Con”

Show notes: My wife Nicki Workman takes the stage with comic creators Mike Norton and John Ostrander at the inaugural Memphis Libraries Comic Con during this year’s Free Comic Book Day on Saturday, May 6th.

Mike Norton is a former MSCA member and is the creator of BattlePug and co-creator of Gravity for Marvel Comics. He’s worked for more comic companies than I have toes and fingers. John Ostrander is a legend in the comics industry having created the modern Suicide Squad (as well as appearing in James Gunn’s “The Suicide Squad” movie), co-creating Oracle for DC Comics with his late wife Kim Yale, and writing comics like “Seduction Of The Gun“, “The Kents“, and “Star Wars: Legacy“…and many, many, many more.
